We’re looking for a Sales Manager Affiliate Marketing!

What are you going to do?
The Sales Manager has one goal in mind: sell our services via our affiliates and network partners. Together with the Sales Director s/he has complete revenue and management responsibility to develop and manage sales worldwide. S/he is responsible for the purchase of all online & mobile media where our content and campaigns are displayed. 

You are very commercial, ambitious, bonus and sales driven with a strong sense of responsibility. The Sales Manager builds a network of partners that support their success together with the sales team. S/he leads accounts to make these initiatives happen. S/he loves to hunt for eyeballs to sell our unique mobile products. Success is heavily rewarded!

Responsibilities: 

• Identify and manage online and mobile affiliate partners with a strong grasp of partner’s business models and key industry trends- and consistently seek ways to build and grow our partner’s business
• Trouble shooting with regards to sales and campaign management activities
• Responsible for maintaining and increasing the levels of sales as set by monthly targets
• Manage ongoing communication vehicles with publishers to understand key challenges and drive innovation / improvements for the business
• Develop and grow relationships with network and major affiliates
• Monitoring and improving the performance of all campaigns.
• Conduct tests, advice customer operations to ensure effectiveness of campaigns
• Prioritizes and enables achievement of ambitions goals
• Creates vision and inspires to drive strategy execution
• Skills and experienceIn order to be successful in this role you must have:
• A bachelor degree in a related field of study
• A minimum of 5 years experience in with affiliates is essential
• Fluent in English
• Effective planning & reporting
• Account management
